PaymentPad™ Allows for Presentation and Payment
PaymentPad™’s support for integrated, multi-channel communication enables electronic bill presentation and payment. The following payment options are available:
- Online
 - Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
 - Text-based (SMS) via mobile phone
 - Agent-assisted (wherein an agent can process a payment on the customer’s behalf via reference to the customer’s online page)
 - Face-to-face (on-site)
 
Customers can arrange for the following kinds of payments:
 
- One-time
 - Recurring
 - Pre-scheduled
 
PaymentPad™ also allows customers to see their payment history at a glance and can automatically update new account information and expiry dates from MasterCard and Visa on recurring transactions to ensure that customer credit cards stay valid. This reduces NSF (non-sufficient funds) issues and collection problems since the customer's card stays valid in spite of changes in expiration date and number.
